Rating Scale (PSRS)
Training Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Prodromal Synucleinopathy Rating Scale (PSRS) rater. This instrument is designed to support consistent and standardized assessment of persons with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder. The PSRS evaluates seven domains: Cognitive, Behavioral/Psychiatric, Motor-axial/gait/bulbar, Motor-appendicular, Autonomic, Sleep, and Sensory. Currently, eligibility to complete PSRS rater training is limited to licensed physicians, and the instrument is currently available in English only.
The PSRS, associated materials, and training modules were developed through funding support from the National Institute of Health (Grants U19 AG071754 & R34 AG056639). Please note that all PSRS-related documents are copyrighted by the NAPS Consortium, and any rater/organization/company/institution must also complete the Memorandum of Understanding/Data and Material Use Agreement for the Prodromal Synucleinopathy Rating Scale (PSRS) and Associated Materials (the “PSRS MoU”) in order to gain access to the PSRS, associated materials and training module.
